This place is the reall deal. Lovely old shppy around the edges castle with amazing staff. Family run by the Cooper family who have a love for this building and work very hard to keep it going. We have just gone back to Markree Castle to celebrate our first Wedding Anniversary and once again, as it did on our Wedding Day, the drive towards the beautiful Majestical building filled our tummy's with romance. Had lunch here with extended family. Price was quite reasonable and the food outstanding. Service was great. The grounds are beautiful; can walk around and enjoy great scenery. Had turkey and chicken sandwiches. Highly recommended More
