Food was ok, and service was good. However they can't charge to the room and they don't take AMEX. left me scrabbling for cash to pay the bill!!
I stay in the hotel where this restaurant is located for work numerous times throughout the year and I LOVE the food in Lan Tania. The retaurant has a great atmoshphere and the food is always good. The staff are lovely and very efficient. If I was to recommend a restauant in Maynooth, having tried many of the ones in... More
We went there with a voucher deal for 40 euros to spend on food and drink. Menu-wise vegetarian mains starting at 15.50 and others 18-22 euros, side dishes of any description are not included - add 3.50 for fried rice ... A glass of house wine will set you back 6.50. We had Lan Tania roast duck and Lan Tania... More
The flavour of "true flavours of the East" as it states on the website is not true, at least not in the dishes I had. The green curry was watery and had no flavours at all and my partners "Nasi Goreng", well I better leave it like this! The poor and terrible standard of food and service was appalling. Never... More
limited cheap menu if you are on a deal!! That's a new one on me, leaves a bad taste in the mouth, god forbid you might want the standard menu or an oul prawn, we even had to ask for napkins, i have never had to do that before.

We would never go back. It... More
The two waitresses and the bar tender working that night provided excellent service. The wine was delicious. Having travelled through Thailand we are a bit spoilt so the food is not as good as you would find there. The vegetarian spring rolls were nice, chicken tom yum soup was very tomatoey, the chicken main was okay. For dessert we had... More

We have eaten in most of the Thai restaurants in Dublin and there are good and bad ones out there. Lan Tania, although in the Glen Royal Hotel, which has seen better days, is one of the better ones. Met at the door with a smile we had no reservation but were given a table straight away. Menus and water... More
