The food was ok and the service was marginal. there was nothing special about the food or service other than lackluster for a description. I left with a stomach ache and memory not to return.

Although the menu had some enticing-sounding entrees for dinner, I felt this was more of a sports bar/lunch spot than a place for dinner. They have several speciality margaritas -- I had the prickly pear, which was very good. Their salsa is made with roasted red chilis and onions, which gives it a dark color and a rich, smoky flavor... The staff was very nice. We were late and the final guests for the evening. We had the Blue Seafood Enchiladas and they were very nice. As there were 6 of us there was a variety of dishes and all went away happy. My Nieces chimichanga was large enough to be included in our morning omelet. Thank you for honoring... More

I had not been back to Blue Adobe in a couple of years but when we took the cab in from North Scottsdale, it was like I was just there yesterday. The food was excellent, my halibut dish was exceptional....fresh and spicy. My wife had a salad that looked great and we split a bottle of La Crema. Service was... More

Enjoyed a nice night on the patio at the Blue Adobe. Monday is margarita night, so the two-for-one special was both a surprise and a pleasure. I had a halibut dish that was delicious and not as spicy as it was advertised to be (good or bad, depending on your heat tolerance). The menu is lengthy and there seemed to... More

This restaurantq is highly rated in most guides. We found the decor tired and the staff did warn about how hot the pork can be.

We were trying different types of food and chose Mexican for this evening meal. We checked out several ,via restaurant listings, and chose Blue Adobe. We eat Mexican every week in Bakersfield so knew what we liked. Alas, there was no such food and the waiter suggested a couple of choices that he thought we might like.. We left with... More

Went to this restaurant based on recommendation. We sat on the Patio on Thursday April 4 2013. The patio is a lovely spot for an outdoor dining venue. The food was excellent. Our party of six had, chicken ceasar wrap, Christmas Enchiladas, lobster pasta (YUM YUM) pulled pork sandwich, and chimichanga. Margarita was excellent and fresh chips were devoured. The... More

A nice original mix of Southwest influences and originality on this restaurant's menu. Located on a shopping strip which includes shops, restaurants and a Harkins movie theatre, it does not disappoint. Decent service, and nice relaxing set up. Have only been in the afternoons at this stage. Had a southwest chipotle style sauce barbeque ribs... very tasty and original, enjoyed... More
