Closed a few weeks ago. We saw a Real estate sing out front yesterday. Was only fair to good when open.
We ate there several times because it's close to our house. The steaks were tasty cooked the way we ordered. The rest was pretty ordinary -- salad was mostly lettuce, overcooked baked potato, etc. The facility is in need of a makeover. Staff friendly.
Years ago Sizzler occupied this space and, while not good, is was superior to the PSH. Service was all but non-existent, entre ordered was not available, and food quality was poor. Of the three restaurants and one furniture store at this location PSH is most unacceptable. Close it and replace it with TGIF.
1st time to visit, waited five minutes for someone to show up to seat us. No one at front counter upon our arrival. Only saw two servers. Menu in newspaper said dinner specials daily from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. $8.99 to $12.99, including Beef Wellington. That is why we thought we should give it a try, Was told not... More
This is not the first time and will most certainly not be the last time my family and I visit the best steakhouse in Prescott!! I decided to bring my mother in law for Mothers Day. We sat for about 5 minutes and our server Dawn apologized our wait, thanked us for coming in and wished both of us a... More
Many years ago this place used to be a Sizzler. Too bad it could't have stayed one. The cooks and the wait staff don't seem to know what they are doing. My steak was over cooked and the service was not up to par.
I am not what you would call "Spring Chicken" but I was on a first date with my friend Eric. He insisted on eating at the Prescott Steak House. I didnt want him to spend alot of money but was pleasantly surprised to find an Early Bird Menu under $12.00 with selected item of the regular menu plus a $3.00... More
Delicious food and atmosphere! This a "treat me" kind of place because the prices are not for those of us on a budget. Do not leave without trying the Lava Cake!!! They seem to have an extensive bar menu so it might be a great place for an after work get together.
When this Steakhouse first opened, it was really good and we soon became regulars. However the last 3 or 4 times we have been, we have left disappointed at the service and attitude of the wait staff and management. We pretty much stopped going there for several months but decided the other night to give it another try. They may... More
Should have known when there were so few cars in the parking lot! Restaurant decor was outdated, no one was at the door to seat us. Menu was a typical steakhouse menu, nothing special and the food lived up to our first impression, outdated and nothing special. We were very disappointed with our steaks, sweet potatoes and in the overall... More
