We live nearby and have been going to Rosa's for a long time. Have great green salsa and delicious food. A great place to go on a regular basis to try all their menu items. It is in a run down strip mall but clean and very nice inside.

This place is a little better than the average. I had some chipotle ribs here that were absolutely delicious, but they don't have them all the time. Their bean dip with a smoky flavor is the best.

Atmosphere is not good, the Mexican food is. As a long-time gringo resident of Mexico City who also lives in Mesa, I can say that this resturant is about as close to "real" Mexican food as you can find in the Phoenix area.

Had lunch here today. The carne asada tacos were delicious, and the house lemonade was divine. There were only two waiters and they seemed really busy. Well worth the wait though. Don't be fooled by the fact that they are in a strip mall.

You don't go to Rosa's for the atmosphere which while nice enough is still fairly basic. The food however is very good for the price. This is our favorite place in Mesa for mexican food. It's located in a little older strip mall, but don't let the location fool you. The food is awesome! The service is always great. And be sure to have a Mararita, they are the best!

Pleasant rustic-like environment, good music, uninspiring-to-very-good food. The guacamole is creamy, OK but not great. The regular salsas were OK, but not great.
