I had a great time at Chila and was pleasantly surprised by the tasty dishes served during my dinner. It’s primarily a prix-fixe place and I opted for the three-course menu. The dishes were very nicely prepared and came with a good explanation from the staff. I chose the prawns and their 28 day dry aged beef. The three courses... More

It is one of the most, if not the most, expensive restaurants in Buenos Aires. The tasting menu for 600 pesos for one consists of six courses. None of them had any tastes, except may be for a excessive taste of salt once in a while. I had the all the right ingredients, judging by the description in the menu,... More

Chila is located in Puerto Madero, one of the restaurant districts in the city and the newest and poshest part of town. Chila has amazing food. It's a great place for a dinner with a harbor view. the cheese sampler is great. Amazing wine list as well

My wife and I skipped the tasting menu and ordered a three course dinner and a bottle of wine. The best tables are the ones in the very back of the restaurant along the wall of windows that overlook the river. The food and service were excellent. I ordered the "four hour pig". The skin was crisp and the pork... More

I'm so happy I found this restaurant in my hometown, it's as good as eating in the finest restaurants in NYC. The 6 steps tasting menu has a bit of everything (baby calamari, pasta, fish, goat, meat, and fabulous dessert) with different local wines and the different kinds of bread, all of them so good. Every dish takes a lot... More

We went to this restaurant because of great reviews and recommendations, but we ended having a mediocre meal particularly considering the very high price (about $100 per person with no wine). There is a lot of effort in preparing quite elaborate plates, but in my opinion too many ingredients not necessarily mean great food. Nothing was bad, don't misunderstand me,... More

The restaurant is located directly at Puerto Madero, you must enter from the street side. The atmosphere is elegant, not only to feed tourists. The staff is very attentive and polite. The wines we had were from Catena Zapata wineyards and matched good to our 6 step tasting menue. This consisted of baby squid as a starter with sparkling wine,... More

This a wonderful restaurant, a surprise in Puerto Madero! The food is amazing! The restaurant presents a signature cuisine with french inspiration, very subtle and top quality ingredients. The service is efficient and friendly. Try the truffle cream, eggs to 61 °, to shallots and cognac sausage cubes and black risotto with prawns, mussels, and salmon roe vieyras or the... More
