We where so delighted to discover this hidden gem just outside pretoria. Its as if you escaped the city and was transported to a medieval castle. The service was warm and the food was exquisite. Best pheasant I have ever eaten.

It can be me and my husband but also can be the reviewer, but being there to experience French cuisine, Beh.......could be French an average duck confit? I do believe not. Overall the service it was extremely good and good attention to details. The Somelier he is the French side of the restaurant.

Chef Chantel Dartnell is without doubt one of South Africa's best chef's. She experiments with taste's and textures and her food is beautifully presented. I am in did enjoyed everything but with this I cannot say that this is what make Mosaic the best. I do prefer simple food than get complicate, this is my point of view they maybe should also offer something less elaborate, very good service.

Best of both worlds - amazing place for a very special stay over @ The Orient and the most exquisite food served in the on site Mosaic restaurant. One of the degustations menus, with wine pairing a must. Service was great, the sommelier knows his stuff and just an overall great experience.
