8 of us had dinner there as we had a meeting in Cabo Frio. Some dishes were edible, others were not. Two were sent back, the rest were so-so at best. Caipirinhas we only just passable.

the bay-side of cabo frio had an abundant amount of restaurants. the restaurants are all right next to each other, but some how tia maluca (crazy aunt in english) seemed to pull away and capture the crowd. it could be great marketing, but the food holds up.
