We went to Maura's twice on our way to kodiak! The 8 of us loved what we ordered! We are from San Francisco and it is as good as the best caffes in San Francisco! The ingredients are fresh, varied and well prepared. The service was friendly and fast!

This small restaurant has a great menu of salads and sandwiches with creative names and ingredients. They are freshly made and their tomatoe bisque soup is so smooth and tasty - you should try it. Areas in both buildings are small and compact but worth the effort.

The food is soooo good! The ????vera sandwich (sorry can't remember full name) is so good and the brownies will make you wet your pants. Seriously, you may never be satisfied with another brownie.

I can't wait to try out the new breakfasts one of these times...for lunch soup and sandwiches, nothing in town beats Maura's. The prices are fair, and I love the emphasis on healthy locally-sourced foods. The preparation is done with love and care, I've never been disappointed in anything I've ordered.
