This is the second time we have been here. The location is fantastic. Small and intimate. The food is fantastic. Nothing is a problem for the owners when my husband surprised me with the owner and his son making me a special dessert and singing happy birthday. Good quality food, you can boy and there is also some limited drinks.... More

We were so pleased to find that the owners were still there and had decided not to sell. We again ate there 3 times and it still remains our favourite restaurant on Raro. The menu has expanded slightly, but is still small and the restaurant is still byo. The number of tables varies according to bookings and the weather but... More

So pleased we saw this placed reviewed on Tripadvisor and booked the day after we arrived. Like being at a dinner party - only 7 tables - so quite intimate. Really enjoyed our meal - the seafood, prawn fritters and the venison. Met nice people there and enjoyed the happy baby being passed around. Really recommend a visit to this... More

I went to Tuoro on my honeymoon with my new husband and we were both amazed by the friendliness of the owner, the quality of the food and the setting. Set up in the hills a little way, Tuoro had seating for 10 when we went there. The host knew it was our honeymoon and congratulated us on arrival. Set... More

Loved this restaurant - they only take 15 people so you have to book. When we were there, there were only 8 of us so super romantic. Over looks the ocean from a rise. You can also stay at Blackrock and the host was obliging and gave us a tour of the accomodation which also looks clean and apparently, they... More

My husband and I saved the best for last on our visit to the Cook Islands! This small restaurant is only open Saturday and Sunday nights and seating is extremely limited! Make your reservation! Family run, food is amazing and it's a great value. Plus, you can bring your own beverage. We went for dinner knowing we wanted a leisurely... More

Our dinners at Tuoro were by far the best we had on the island. The restaurant and B&B are family owned and run and it really shows. The tables are set in a way to offer exceptional garden and ocean views, the service makes you feel right at home, and the food was exceptional. You have really missed out if... More

Tuoro is only open on Saturday and Sunday evenings and is a small family run restaurant. They are not licenced but you can take your own wine and/or beer. We went on a Sunday evening and there were about 20 people there (which is nearly a full house). The tables are on a patio outside the owners home and are... More

Kia orana Tuoro. Our family dinned at Tuoros on Sunday night and what can I say that has not been already said. Very enjoyable meal, beautiful sunset and pleasant outdoor surroundings. Our host was a hoot, very gracious and informative gentleman. Meitaki and Aere ra More

This little restaurant would have to be the best kept secret in Rarotonga, I just can't speak highly enough of it. The food, the setting & the service were all just perfect & combined to make for a very memorable dining experience. More
