Thin crust pizza with great toppings. Service is good most of the time (unless they are crowded). My favorite dishes are the Mamma Mia pizza, Roman Salad and Whole wheat pasta bolognese.

La Fabbrica is a large Pizzeria Chain in San Jose, eyou will find a real tasty pizza (about 8 different kinds), and vdery good pasta too. The sauce is the key. Jus go several times and try different sauces every time!

Family.. an appetizer for four, three pizzas.. Wine (Carmenere is the Chilean that they refer to) and good service. The pizza was excellent with a very thin crust.. light tomato... tasty cheezes and ingrediences. Could have eaten more but left satisfied... Not inexpensive, but excellent flavors..
