We went here for my husbands birthday. It's a bit tricky to find but well worth it. My teenage boys had the best batidos and I had a frozen daquiri with fresh fruit- beautiful. Perfectly cooked steaks, they even did the birthday candles thing with some chocolate Brownies. The owner was friendly and interesting. Wish it was closer!

You gotta try this place! The food is excellent and the service is great and friendly. They have managed to fuse world flavours with traditional Caribbean food. A must try for everyone. It's maybe a 5-7 min walk down the public beach path - some reviewers have expressed some concern about walking this at night. We found absolutely NOTHING to... More

Loved the concept of what they have already achieved and the dreams of the owners-hard working but with something from the heart-would recommend-the ginger salad was too die for

We were in Torguero during low season, so it was incredibly easy to get a table. The food was fantastic... the ambiance is amazing... definitely a must on your Tortuguero visit.

The owner is extremely polite and friendly, very concerned about our satisfaction with the food. They prepared a great dish for our little one (3years) and quite sophisticated for us (frankly you don't come with high dinner expectations to Tortuguero :)) It was all delicious. Would certainly recommend to others.

It is impossible to adequately express the sublimity and perfection of this place. A beautifully constructed and artfully and lovingly designed oasis of modern excellence hours from a paved road but only seconds from the crashing surf of the Caribbean. This is dining on what would be a $50 million property in California. And we haven't even gotten to the... More

It was a little tough to find, but the walk was worth it. I like unique dishes, and this was out of the ordinary and good.

We stayed in Tortuguero and ate here both nights. Not only was the food amazing, but the owners were so welcoming and friendly. We felt like we had gone to friends for dinner. Only problem was that ( not their fault) the lighting is very subdued and we needed a torch to read the menu !! Some might consider this... More
