A nice place to go if you're in the mood for pizza in La Fortuna. The pizza was quite good and their prices were reasonable. I would definitely return. Good house wine (merlot).

We had dinner at Pizzeria ristorante Vagabondo the first night we arrived to volcan Arenal. It was a good experience, good solid italian food served in a clean well lighted dining room, had minestrone and pizza for dinner and liked them both. Well worth the money you are charged.
Over all a good place to stay, clean and safe, I...

Loved the crust, the fresh veggies.. and the carpaccio was thinly sliced and well seasoned. Really a great place to eat.
Good pizza with a variety of flavors, but the service is extremely slow. Don't go if you are really hungry or in a hurry. Averages prices and a good, clean atmosphere.
Stopped at the restaurant because it was one of the closest to our hotel. It, like other Costa Rican restaurants, is open air.
There were five of us in our group. Four of us ordered pizzas, they were wood fired and delicious! I had the Margareta with Shrimp Pizza. It was delicious. Although the pizzas are individual sized, they are...

We ate here for a change of scenery from Tico cuisine and whilst it was tasty it wasn't the best pizza. The restaurant was quiet and yet we almost had to help ourselves for service. The bases were slightly too thick and as a result doughy in places. They do have a good selection of wines and cold beers. Altogether...

We stayed in the area for four days and tried many restaurants, but this is the only place that we visited twice. The owner is from Italy and it is obvious when you try the pizza made in an Italian brick oven. We were in Italy this summer on vacation and the pizza here is very comparable to the real...

Come here for pizza (yes, that pizza craving most will get amidst the rice and bean meals). They do it in a wood fire oven... thin crust, good amount of toppings... delicious! We were also leaving early (6am) next morning, so we took leftovers and had them as breakfast.
Took taxi here from our hotel, had to wait a bit for a table as the place was crowded (Sat night). Forgot which pizza we got, but it was spicy, cheesy and delicious! They stopped serving rather early it seems, maybe after 9 or 10pm at night, as we noticed a group of customers were turned away even though there...

We saw a sign outside of the restaurant advertising 2 for 1 pizzas. Since were planning on pizza for dinner we decided to stop. The 2 for 1 deal ends at 6:00 p.m. and although it was just a few minutes after they wouldn't give it to us. We stayed anyway. The pizza is delicious. It's thin crust and baked...
