This is a very nice Mexican restaurant. It's quieter with a bit older clientele than El Ray Burrito - but the food is just as good and this is more authentic. Try the "build your own" queso with chorizo - it's amazing!

This is a busy restaurant. Very open and crowded. Food was good. Pretty loud when we went. Service was good. Good health score. Very clean.
I usually love this place for lunch. The balcony adds a nice touch. However, the last time I ate there, I ordered my usual, but it was very, very salty.
I travel to Montgomery frequently to visit a close friend. We have frequented La Zona Rosa many times. The food is okay, and I like the mild-medium flavor of their salsa and their chips are light and not overly heavy. I enjoy their food, and it tastes like most other okay Mexican places.

Overpriced premium drinks, food was ok. Having extensively lived and traveled in the Southwest, I'm used to vibrant, authentic mexican food. The food here, while not bad. The Happy Hour specials were limited to pre-made mix Margaritas, authentic Margaritas had no discount.
It is hard to find good Mexican food that is not smothered in so much sauce, you have no clue what you are eating. La Zona Rosa does a great job in letting their food speak for itself, without having to hide it under cheese and sauce. The food is great, the prices are decent, and this restaurant has a...

Food was good, but choices were standard Mexican with little originality. Ambience was better than average though.
The lunch hour is always crowded because the food is well prepared and served quickly. Reasonably priced Mexican food is becoming hard to find in Montgomery, but this place also serves exceptional frozen margheritas and daiquiris.
This use to be one of my favorite spots. Service was horrible, I was with a group and requested seating for 10, only 7 showed up in enough time for them so they took a table from us. Nope, it was not a busy night the food wasn't that great either. Very disappointed, I don't know what happen. Looking for...
