Do not know what herbs are used but the food has a lingering after taste.. Love their Khow Suey ...amazing !!! actually all thier dishes are excellent. Never miss an invite at Joss...Their desserts too are great ...especially the Choc Volcano...its got melted chocolated inside...just divine
