We spent about 2-3 hours at Oberoi Cecil lounge followed by a light dinner. The appetizer ordred was Cheese Fritters and it was absoultely fantastic. We had 4-5 drinks during our time there and it did not hurt our pockets at all. Also the Raviolli at the restuarant was too amazing! More
