Breakfast was so good that we went back for dinner. Wonderful French toast with plenty of banana and apple on the side. Banana pancake was also good. Coffee great. Cheese toasty was up there and the next table of locals were devouring these giant cheese burgers that put the double 1/4 pounder to shame. Sadly the pasta carbonara was lacking... More

Oh, how can I express my love for N's? If you are craving some Western food during your travels in Lijiang, go to N's. It is perched above a lovely cobbled square in the old town. The atmosphere is both romantic and completely chill. Song and Na will answer questions you have about what to do in Lijiang. Favorite things... More

I visited N's several times for lunch and enjoyed the fruit shakes and the generously stuffed sandwiches on delicious home made whole wheat bread. Not only were the sandwiches huge, but they were served with sliced banana and apple. The staff were reasonably fluent in English, and very helpful in arranging transport to TLG.

Had a really good chicken club sandwich here and refreshing lao beer. They serve sparkling soda water which is lovely to find in china. This is a relaxed cafe upstairs overlooking the square. Very relaxing with jazz music playing in the background and a fantastic menu to eat your way through.

Every so often when you are in China you have an urge to have Western food and N's kitchen is a great place to satisfy that urge. We went there twice, once for breakfast and once for 'sandwiches'. The breakfasts were great with various combinations of eggs, bacon, baked beans, tomatoes etc served with 2 large slices of brown bread... More

This is not the best cuisine or menu in the world, but the food is nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. My partner had a stomach problem a day ago, and they instantly proposed to cook some special dish for her at a very honest price...

We managed to find the place as it can be hard in Lijiang to find where you are after. The 4 of us sat and ordered food, throughout the service was fine and in good English. Strawberry shakes were consumed very quickly with lots of yums. We had a chicken burger, not brilliant but edible, spicy mushroom sandwich again not bad,... More

N's Kitchen offers good fare. I liked it for its breakfasts and pastas, although the prices were a bit high for what they offer. Great location in the second floor for people watching (if you are seated by the windows) and a good source of information for visitors. Don't be afraid to ask. Nothing special, but for many a welcome... More
