They are located at the best spot on Beira Mar street, facing a sort of gulf. That's all. Food is not their business. Shrimp, lobster are done in a fatty butter sauce. It shall attract tourists for convenient location and architecture. If you want quality food it is not the place.

Location is right in front the beach on the main road, restaurant is big enough to make sure to find a seat even without reservation. Food is good as the service, quick and clean. Very reccomended.

Coco Bambu is part of a small chain of seafood restaurants in Brazil, but don't let that discourage you. Try the badego with shrimp, dish large enough for two. Also the caipirinhas are delicioso, and don´'t miss the maracuja mousse

Located just off the beach, this place is a good choice for a nice dinner. The place is clean, has a good atmosphere and serves a wide variety of seafood. The portions are massive, so you'll probably want to share your main course!

We ordered the moqueca and shrimp thermidor, plenty for 4 or 5 adults and was delicious. The atmosphere is very nice as well.

It is crowded and the food is terrible. We were 2 for dinner. Having read the reviews on tripadvisor, we took only one portion for the 2 of us. The place is fancy with a nice atmosphere, the service is cool and quick, outside it's a bit too noisy and full of claients. The food is good but some time not really fresh.

...even though we had a table reservation, we had to wait very long in line. Ambient was looking nice and cosy, but was very noisy due to the many guests speaking. The dishes were very tasty, but after that I hade stomach problems for 3 days. So all in all, I have a very mixed impression of that restaurant.
