Great place, the food is fantastic, we ate there for lunch and then the following dinner! The Bolivian fish in banana leaf is a massive stand out! We loved it!
Since we arrived in Bolivia we haven´t had awesome food until we ate in this place, it was great! One of the owners is from Australia so he speaks propper English and understands what you look for in a restaurant: A good fibe!
The food here is lovely, there is a nice relaxed atmosphere about the place and the owner is really sound as well. Not a bad word to be said about the place.
Had great food and then stayed to drink and talk to owner until 3 AM. Believe everyone must order the fish in palm leave dinner! Very good and not expensive.
We tried out El Nomadico based on the reviews and were not at all disappointed. The first time we went we opted for lasagna (my boyfriend has been craving it) and a Bolivian fish dish beginning with D. The lasagna was perfect. The best we've had in a long time. My fish dish was delicious. The fish was cubed and... More
We were recommended this restaurant by the tour company we used to book a tour in the jungle. This made us nervous as often they work on commission from places such as this so it's not necessarily an honest recommendation! We had no need to be nervous. El Nomadico set back from the road has a beautiful outside/inside atmosphere. We... More
Our Pampas tour guide recommended this restaurant to us, and it sure did not disappoint! We went back for more when our flight out of Rurre got cancelled. The dishes were a delicious fusion of fresh flavours. The service was great too. Hidden away away from the normal gringo restaurants, you need to do yourself a favour and seek this... More
Set back from the hustle and bustle of Rurrenabaque this place is a great spot for western style meals. I had the Chicken Curry and my girl friend had the creamy pasta, both were delicious. The staff were super friendly and made time for a chat. We wished they did dessert too!
Visited El Nomadico restaurant twice before and after our pampas tour. Both times was excellent. As well as the excellent lasagne, the local food was cooked and presented beautifully - the fish is recommended! Even the rudimentary piqué lo macho was described as the best in Bolvia by one member of our group. The place is owned by an Aussie... More
this restaurant is a "hidden" treasure, Look for the indian-sign and enjoy the great service and food. My sister got sick when we were in Rurenabaque, and the man running this place was SUPER nice and offered tea and all sorts of stuff to help her feel better :) The food is amazing, and i had the best lasagna in...
