Only serve fixe prix meals. Food was excellent but have had better and extremely expensive. Seating is too chummy for an upscale restaurant. Way too many choices in Austin to ever go again.

We absolutely love the food at Congress. It is, by far, the best restaurant in Austin. The decor is chic and intimate and the service is unpretentious but very gracious and attentive.
