My husband and I had dinner at 3501 for the first and final time on 05/13/2013. Service was excellent. My husband loved his rack of lamb. My prime rib was well cooked and the accompanied sides were delicious and cooked to perfection but the sauce it was drowning in was way too sweet and distracting. The "soup of the day"... More

Wonderful interior, service, food and signature cocktails! Be sure and have the crab spring rolls and crunchy asparagus with any of the martinis listed. Lamb or scallop entrees are to die for....go with server recommendations for sure. We will be back very soon... as the final piece de resistance was the Caramel tart with sea salt ice cream.. amazing.

This is one of the finer choices in the Lehigh Valley...though it is difficult to be spontaneous and "pop in" because it can get very crowded and loud. The food is very tasty. We do take clients and friends there, although ALWAYS making sure we make a reservation.

We found this restaurant on t.v and wanted to try it. We looked up the food online and saw their prices. So we expected we was gonna spend a nice amount. ( we had that in mind ) ... The place is off a side road and you would past it if you blinked twice but we loved the atmosphere... More

Delicious - recommend the salmon for the meal. Kinda pricey for the overall food / location / service but not much else to choose from in this area.

To begin with, this place is expensive. If you go for appetizer, entree and dessert along with drinks, the total will be high. We went with family, and the college student among us knows how to run up a tab! Still, the wine selection is great, both by the glass and by the bottle. The food is good to great.... More

The menu here is eclectic and original, Their soups are fabulous. ... Lobster bisque, potato leek, asparagus with mushroom. The baked oysters are the best I've ever had. Cooked with crab and bacon, they melt in your mouth. The lamb is succulent and tender. The atmosphere is not inviting and the noise level high, But the food is so good... More

This place was rather average for all the good reviews it has been getting. The most annoying thing is while you are dinning there is a constant flow of servers and other people carrying crap through the restaurant while you are trying to dine. Every three minutes someone stomps by your table with something. Buckets of ice, trays of glasses,... More

This restaurant was on our bucket list, and we finally ate there last night. We were very impressed with the 3501 from walking in to leaving. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, just a very nice experience. Unlike the reviews mainly indicate, the portions were nice. Not small and not large. The meals were very good and priced alright for the quality.... More

My companion and I were seated quickly but had to ask for a server just to get menus. The place was busy, but after ordering an appetizer, a forty-five minute wait seemed excessive. Later, I flagged down the manager to find out where our meals were, and he was indifferent and no apologies were offered, no explanation, no "comped" item.... More
