This was a fine dining restaurant many years back. It was made over into a micro-brewery/restaurant combination. The menu is large with choices from sandwiches, burgers to full meals. The decor is a full bar and main room and several side rooms for dining. It had a retro type look with wooden walls and decorations of the last mid-century. This... More

On a recent business trip I ate dinner twice in the restaurant. Both evenings, the food was tasty and prepared just right. I sampled the french Onion soup, the beef stroganoff, a strip steak and the cheesecake. The cheesecake in particular was excellent. The accompanying beer - they have a wide selection from their own brewery - was excellent too.... More

How this place gets rave reviews is beyond me. Dirty glasses and silverware, burn holes in the tablecloth, peeling wallpaper, and the bathrooms smell. My husband said the floor in the mens room was sticky with old urine. Staff handles everything in the raw bar with their bare hands, then slice desserts on the same counter. The food was diner... Having booked the Black Angus for a group before, it didn't meet my expectations this year. We had a group of 36 golfers with a private room. Service was slower than usual, I had to ask the servers to put out the salads and bread, which was not on the tables when we arrived. The salads, while fresh, were skimpy... More

The food was good here - we tried the daily special - grilled salmon burger with spinach and fries - and it was delicious! My husband had the steak. We also shared a cheese platter with our friends and paired it with some local brewed beer - yummy. The restaurant could be a bit more aired out as i thought... More

Service was great, food was good, but pricey for the portion size. I got the Arugala Beet salad and while it was good, it had one slice of orange, one slice of cheese and was mostly beets. The blueberry pie was good.

While visiting all the antique shops of this antique capital Stoudts is a great dinner stop. We had dinner and were pleased with our steaks. There is also the option of lighter fare if everyone is not up to a full meal. Atmosphere is excellent, along with the food. Enjoy this stop.

We were there on the Friday of Spring Antique Extravaganza. It was not crowded, but we were forgotten by our server. We never knew there were dinner specials until we overheard another server telling the table next to us. Waited way to long for food, French onion soup cheese was not even stringy! Never got bread and by the time... More

Went to Stoudt's for an early dinner - the Friday special was prime rib. We had the smaller serving - 7 oz. wine list was limited but there were numerous beers. Service was ok but not great - we asked for extra butter, which was never delivered. Total cost was about $25pp for the meal without dessert. As we are... More
