We went to Hafu based on TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed. Reservation was quick and easy, the steak was excellent if only a little small - 150g and it was so delicious that our kids wanted more! Service was friendly and people spoke English.

From the reviews it looked like a good place so I figured I would give it a shot. The waiter spoke to me and then talked to what looked like the owner/head chef. I noticed two empty seats, but was declined a place. I suspect that my being refused was not due to a lack of space.

Go out of your way to find it. Sits only 16 at the 'bar'. Everything perfectly prepared. Each dish original & delicious. Melt in your mouth steaks.

My favourite restaurant in Japan so far. Good portion size for a fusion japanese food. Try a menu and be amazed, everything was tasty and surprising. Great atmosphere as well. Ive loved it!
