Food is not bad, service is not bad also. ambiance is kinda OK. over all it's good. it has a nice location though. you can see some historical sites.. :)
i have to concur some of the previous reviewers as this place is about as average as it gets.
The restaurant was empty and stayed empty for the entire time of our visit and neither that or the location bothered me. What did was the food which was turned out to be dressed up comfort food, dressed up in a...

I went with a group to Café Elysa last November and have also compared notes with 3 different sets of co-workers and friends who have also tried it within the last year. Some are cebuanos, 1 canadian, and a couple originally from manila. We are all unanimous that it is neither a good restaurant nor a terrible one. It is...

This restaurant has a nice location near historic sites of Cebu. The price is a bit expensive, equivalent to prices in Greenbelt, Makati. I only saw 3 service people but they were amazing. Very professional looking gents, they were able to clearly explain their menu when I asked for one. Fast service and what I like about it is you don’t have to explain what you need, the crew clearly knows what they are doing, well trained, this is a breath of fresh...

Delicious food, great service and an atmosphere that enchants and soothes all. Cafe Elysa is the place to go for little extra something special to end your day. The food is tastefully done in beautiful presentations and each visit draws you in time and again.
Service was great, very personal. Food was interesting but not really spectacular. Serving size is too small, and for a group of 12, service staff didnt tell us that we should order more of each.
It was a treat for us to visit Café Elysa--professional staff, an entertaining host, delicious food and great ambiance! Try the Elysa spring rolls, fried seasoned pork belly and the chicken saté. We really enjoyed the Portuguese sausages, which was the special of the day. For dessert, we had banana fritters which was served with local lime and caramel syrup...
