Great for familes. Good comfort food. Inconsistent service but the food is good so the place still gets crowded at dinner time. reasonale prices too.

My king Jimh and I stopped here at Ayala branch for lunch....we love the food and the ambient. Only 1 thing surprising and disgusting was when we ordered for ceasar salad it was not that "ceasar" the dressing is the tropical island which is not that way and its unusual that its not mix yet...so we just asked for olive...

I ate here twice, in SM and Ayala. They served same foods with other authentic Filipino restaurant, same taste. small serving size. Halo-halo same taste with other restaurant, crispy pata same taste with other restaurant, in short this restaurant is forgettable. I could not find any dish here that would remind me to come back.
We have been to Cafe Laguna in Cebu and in Cagayan. We also visited both branches in Cebu at Ayala and SM Malls.
We keep coming back because we always
leave happy and satisfied.
The food is always good and the service is always quick, attentive and smiling.
There is really nothing negative to comment here! Will keep coming back...

another really joke of a place located in the mall. I was dragged here by a friend for the so called best crispy pata in cebu and it tasted like all the other greasy versions I have had and yes it was a bit smaller. It made no difference that I was in an air-conditioned setting, in fact it made...

Went back to Cafe Laguna on our second trip to Cebu and we were not disappointed. The caldereta and liempo were excellent as their green mango shake. Service may have been a bit slow but it's understandable since the place was packed on a Saturday night. We ended the night by having a few beers at their outdoor seating and...

We had a very good dinner at restaurant. My Wife who was a local like the traditional dish of chicken adobo. Good value.
there is something wrong on how they manage this 'used to be popular' restaurant... very bad and slow service, small portions, very expensive and bad facilities (dirty toilets) -- the food choice are good but very low quality and the people are appalling!
