My family has been a regular at this restaurant due to the proximity to my house. However, a few days back, after making a reservation for a birthday event (along with food orders), upon reaching, was told that the reservation did not go through. Out of frustration, my mom told the few captains/waitress there that this shouldn't be the way... More

Been many times when wanting good Chinese food for a moderate occasion. Peking Duck is always good, served 2 ways. Menu is extensive and quality is consistently above average. Large dining hall but attentive service. Moderately priced. Recommends.

Besides their Dim Sum, must really try out their authentic chinese cuisine which most of it are very unique. However, you must know how to order them. Easiest way is to get their captain's recommendations. Expensive but worth the try.

Excellent dim sum and duck. Very very busy place so reservations are a must. It's gets very overcrowded for me but the service does not suffer and is very efficient. Overall good

Celebrated my grandmother's birthday dinner here. The food was delicious and the private room we had was nice and cosy. The staff were attentive and accommodating to our needs without being intrusive. There was even Karaoke in the room which we used to sing a raucous Happy Birthday to grandma without causing a nuisance to the rest of the guests!

Like the restaurant setting and the staff uniform which is elegant. I am surprise the see the many familiar staff that work in this restaurant for so, so many years. The tim sum is good, food is good too. As such, the restaurant is pack especially during week end, festive celebration, etc. During CNY, they will extend the seating tables... More

Had my wedding dinner there – food was absolutely delicious, staff were accommodating. I go occasionally and every time, the food has always been great.

This restaurant serves good and fresh dim sum. We were there for lunch and have ordered some dim sum plus fried rice, half a duck, etc. The food quality and service was good. The downside of this restaurant is the food is a bit pricey

Oriental Pavillion is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Petaling Jaya, when I am prepared to spend a bit more. This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in PJ, offering many creative and delicious dishes, particularly seafood, soup and (lunch time), dim sum. Definitely value for money. But if you want an economic meal, don't come here! Also, if you... More

Selected the least expensive option from set menu 1. We had a private room set with 2 tables, 1 waitress and 1 captain throughout dinner. 2 Peking ducks arrived in pomp and after the oohs and aahs, the captain proceeded to slice up the birds. Crispy skin with mandarin pancakes, sweet sauce, cucumber sticks and spring onion with frilly ends,... More
