Our local friend took us there for drinks & the view. We thought a shisha would be nice, so asked the waiter. They said "No Problem", and after a LOOOOOONG wait, brought us the worst tasting smoke we've ever had. To make matters worse, it was 25tl. That is about triple the standard cost in Goreme. But a great view... More

Sitting outside by the fire pit, eating their delicious fried cheese while sipping on a Turkish red wine - we went back twice, which we never do. Even had live music, which we all enjoyed. Highly recommended by our hosts at the Dervish House, and it lived up to their recommendation.

I waited tables and bartended for 10 years to pay for all of my college years, often in tourist areas. The waiter who met me was courteous, and got my food quickly, but needs training on the check. If I give you 40 lira on a 20 lira bill, bring back the change. That concern, coupled with the busser smoking... More

We turned up at lunch time not expecting much except for the terrace view BUT the food was NICE!!! Even the kids finished their food....it tells. Our food was also just as good as the view in front of us. Recommended definitely.

Absolutely loved the fire that they have going on the terrasse, overlooking Goreme. Have a tea or wine while contemplating the beauty of the area, or having a chat with the owner... Great and friendly staff, good food! Try the Meze platter! Would definitely go back there.

The food is very expensive and not well cooked at all. The meat was overheated in the microwave and cold served. The place was freezing cold, they only have a fireplace to heat the room - obviously not enough. I had to wear my jacket during the dinner and didn't enjoy my stay. The bathroom was extremely dirty and there... More

Found this place while wandering around on our first night in Goreme. Everything we ate was delicious so this wins for me in terms of food quality, out of the 4 dinner places we tried, however it was really cold inside so I did not remove my hat or gloves the entire time which was not awesome. Things we ordered... More

A cozy dining room with a fire on a chilly Christmas Eve! The waiter was more than happy to take my changes to the menu items and delivered a wonderful meal. The bread and wine were very good as well. Had hoped to sample the crepes for dessert but we ate so much of the yummy bread we didn't have... More

Day 2 of our stay in Cappadocia, being Christmas eve, we were not sure of where to have dinner. Walking the streets at around 19h 30 we spotted a fire in the distance up a few stairs and decided to follow the light. Lo and behold, we came upon Manzara Restaurant, with roaring fire on its rooftop. We enjoyed a... More

Didn't try the food, just came in for a drink. There was a wedding party starting, so we thought it might be closed to the public, but a manager came out and said, "if you don't mind the music, you're welcome!" We came in, ordered a drink, and the music was a couple of musicians playing Turkish instruments. It was... More
