Description: In Sibel's Four Seasons Restaurant, a rustic building made from local stones and wood, the owner, Sibel Hatapoglu Kollinsky, cooks daily with support from assistant Rahime.  Home-style Turkish cooking, with local and seasonal dishes and international cuisine, are part of their repertoire.Homemade bread, freshly-squeezed juices and selfmade cakes give every meal a special element. In summer, dining takes place on the stone terrace with views to the majestic Tahtali (Olympos) Mountain (2365m) or under the shady vine arbor. On colder days, the rustic dining room, with its wood-burning stove (always with a pot of Turkish tea), has a cosy atmosphere.Sibel's Four Seasons Restaurant is situated in the mountain village of Beycik, 80 km south of Antalya, in the center of the Olympos-Beydaglari National Park.  In the surrounding forests, pastures and mountains, hikers find a variety of walks for all abilities.  Forest roads offer good possibilities for mountain biking and people interested in nature can find a large number of beautiful flowers and bird species native to the area.

Having read about this restaurant on Trip Advisor we made a small detour to go there for dinner. We were not disappointed! The quiet village of Beycik is up on a hill, away from the throngs of Antalya. Sibel's is virtually the first bulding you come to. Our meal was delicious! She uses fresh produce from her garden or from... More

If you are in this region, it is really a good choice for you and children to run away from crowds and mass-feeding. Little place with blossoming olives in the big picturesque mountains. Homestay atmosphere. Donkey trips for the children. And hiking trips for grownups for 3-5 hours with biologist Christian might be breathtaking, I do believe, planning to make... More

We drove all the way from Antalya for this restaurant, and what we face wasn't what we were expecting. Due to lack of visitors, the restaurant seems like closed. After the lady realized that we came, she jumped from her place, tried to be friendly and behave in a polite manner, but I felt as if we disturbed her. The... More

We loved this restaurant and it was one of the things that made out holiday in the area so memorable. The food was fantastic, simple, but very fresh and obviously made from good local produce. We had something different each evening and nothing disappointed but my favorite was the mezes such as the bulgar wheat balls stuffed with spiced lamb... More

Decided to make a detour to try this and considering it is rated higher then so many incredible restaurants in Antalya. I expected something incredible. Unfortunately my expectations were diminished. Food was OK but it was far from special. Service was friendly but not great none of the dishes were memorable.

I will make it simple: a highlight of our vacation and worth the extra miles to get there. We love good food and this is exactly what you get from Sibel. Don't expect the presentation of fancy restaurants, just the honest, delicious taste of home-made plates with highest quality ingredients. Let Sibel surprise you with Turkish specialties that you will... More

I confess that, having read the Tripadvisor reviews of this out-of-the-way restaurant, I wondered if the system had been rigged. All I can say is that lunch today was a delight. The restaurant is off the main road, but only by a few kilometres. It is entirely unprepossessing, comprising of a few scattered tables and surrounded by a smallholding with... More

We had a fantastic Turkish breakfast at Sibel's restaurant and came back some days later for dinner. Everything was really fresh and delicious, specially the homemade bread and mezze! Great atmosphere in a quiet, rural location.

If you want delicious home cooked food and a warm greeting from the ever smiling Sibel, Four Seasons should not be missed. Find me a better view and setting and I'll buy dinner! A unique experience. Sibel even stayed open until after midnight following our late arrival in Beycik.A must for any traveller. R and L
