I've been living in Bali for the past 2 years, and I haven't found a better restaurant yet. Very expensive ($200-300) for 2 people, without a bottle of wine. However great atmosphere, great food, great service! If you have a special occasion, and money isn't an object, this is the place to go.

We were staying at other hotel, and due to this resource came to St Regis' Kayputi. Delicious food, good wine, well-trained staff and nice view. One obstacle - pretty expensive, but it deserve it. Very simple menu (I think it is crucial for really good restaurant), and chief recommendations - try it.
