We were very glad to find the Green Room restaurant in Udaipur - there is a good choice of restaurants in the city but Green Room's scenery, service and food was the by far the best we had during our stay. Buffalo dumplings and chocolate pudding were excellent - my favourite meal in India so far. More

The greenroom was exactly what we were looking for, the food was amazing and so fresh and well needed to break up the thali / curry diet we had been on. Set on the lake with no distractions from the perfect view this is a hidden little gem in the most beautiful city in India. More

We came in search of the momos and clean salads advertised and definitely weren't disappointed! The food is excellent value - we got a meal deal which included momos, a salad and a dessert - and really tasty. The chocolate and almond pudding was amazing! Completely pleasant experience. The menu is stripped down and serves only fresh, intimate dishes. The atmosphere is quiet and calm, away from the bustle and noise of the main strip. Value is great, and the staff and owner frequently provide excellent conversation. Very excellent momos and chai. A must stay in Udaipur! More
