We ate several times here on our last visit to Udaipur. The breakfasts were better than the dinners--my vegetable omelet was wonderful, and our girls loved the nutella toasts and other sandwiches. The view from Cafe Namaste is excellent, and the prices are tough to beat. It's not a deluxe restaurant, but a very nice option to get a good... More

This place is great for breakfast and makes killer vege and cheese sammies. Its a little noisey downstairs in the cafe but the roof top is ok. The baked goods in the cabinet were a bit hit and miss. Possibly due to the low season so they are not turning yhem over as fast. I was lucky enough to try... More

We were in this Cafè and Bakery in November 2012. I've to admit that we liked their coffee so much (or perhaps we missed coffee so much) that we came back there two or three more times. The walls have a nice "tribal" painting. I liked it, but I'm not going to give a higher rate as the service was... More

Awful, overpriced food. Terrible service. Only visit if you enjoy being ignored and having your time wasted.

Stopped in to grab a coffee and a cake after dinner on the way back to my hotel as it was busy during the day and it looked nice. I had a coffee and a slice of apple pie. I can't fault the apple pie it was delicious, I can fault the dried up dead fly that was in my... More

Despite the average food and so-so coffee...we liked this place enough to visit it five times. We like the look of the place and it was also cooler inside, so we forgave even the noise of all the rickshaws with the horns blaring right outside the doorstep. What was unforgivable though, was the terrible service of the staff. Service with... More

My friend and I stayed in Udaipur for two and a half days, and we visited this cafe at least once a day for coffee/tea, baked goods, and Internet. The Internet was hit or miss (it only worked half of the time we were there), but the coffee was decent and the baked goods (we had apple pie, croissants, rolls,... More

Very nice coffee place in Hotel Gangaur Palace complex (or Ashoka Haveli). Nice chairs, good atmosphere and tasty espresso. Sandwich was great and the brownie (which is actually suitable for VEGANS too). I was here every breakfast time while visiting in Udaipur.

This cafe and roof top restaurant is open and ready at 7.30 am - a feat that only Mcdonalds manages in India! The Aloo parathas are very well made and gentle on stomach with just right spice. I tried hot coffee glass and liked it as well. Located near city palace with good view of lake from roof top.

The coffee is very good and the chairs are very comfortable. The apple-crumble, cheesebread and cinnamon roll are average comparing to German Bakery's all over India. The street noise is not very relaxing
