Yes, it is good, but not the best. I mean it.
I drove tens of kms within the city only to taste the dosas (to see for myself the hype, in fact). I ordered 2 dosas and could hardly finish the second one. The taste is just ordinary and the waitstaff are always in a hurry (but there is the...

This place is now a bit renovated - so the experience is a little better. The dosas are simply fabulous here - loaded with ghee and there is something special in the batter. The way the waiters carry over 2 dozen dosa plates is a sight to watch. Don't expect good service and be prepared to wait.
The Vidyarthi Bhavan in Gandhi bazar is a small restaurant which serves the most amazing South Indian tiffin food you can find anywhere in the world in particular their masala dosa's and outstanding coffee.

After a long drive, finding a parking spot a mile away and post a bit of wait, we got a table amidst a packed house & ordered their famous masala dosa. I ordered...

Value for money, and how tasty a dosa and chutney can be can only be experienced by visiting this place! I mean folks Q up to get a place, and if a handful of you are visiting then be ready to be seated at separate tables if you do not reach the place early in the morning! Loads of things...
