Hilarious.. though they tried to achieve the period look, and have succeeded, they should have hired people who are not form that same Mughal period as waiters. Silly buggers did not even bother to come and take the order.. apparently, every waiter is a Mughal ruler there.. More

Good Interiors, but looks cheap. Food is too costly. And food preparation is not up to the mark. But the service is good there. And they charge service charge for it, a whole 10%, that is bad (infact many highend restaurants do these days but its not right) More

Nice Mughal theme and ambience. Very tasty food, if you would like to pamper yourselves. Quite expensive, though. Liked the way they burn the rum over gulab jamun! More

I took my team out to lunch at Jalsa. The decor is faux marajah, and the waiters are resigned to wear turbans and robes (with their Nikes peeking out underneath). Food is decent, but expensive (nearly 900 rupees/head). They have a plentiful supply of turbans & wooden scimitars for guests to wear (I passed). There is said to be live... More

It's a very nice place to go with Colleagues, Family or to have a romantic dinner with privet space. If you want to test Indian food with high quality you must go to this place. Remember to order non spicy if you are not used to it. More

I have been here 5 times now, but always enjoy it. Starters are goods. and I always prefer weekday as it will be less crowded. More

I went to Jalsa only because wanted to avoid dinning at hotel - it was mistake. The food did not impress me at all. Had there so far the worst mango lassi - my benchmark drink was teo sweet with big pieces of rock sugar. The place was perhaps trying to look luxurius, but in my opinion it was tastless.... More

Food in jalsa is good and also the ambiance is very good. But the service is very poor. If you go for unlimited servings, they will not serve any item for the second time. If you need something, you will have to request the Manager. The seating arrangement is also poor. Its very congested. More

This is a nice small place to have north Indian food. The ambience is average( trying to give a mughal touch to the interiors) and the music ( old bollywood) is loud. The service is slow and that is a disappointment. Best to go if you have time on hands. The food is good ( compared to many other places... More
