Some places ned to be visited just for their historical & 'fame' value. This is one such place. Highly hyped - so easy to get disappointed. So do keep in mind that this is Leh...... nothing ready made, apart from the take home part. Food is ok, some items greasy, but you can easily figure out which ones. You cant be expecting great food in Leh when it comes to Conti and Baked food. This bakery is average, I had ordered some sandwiches which were strictly ok. Its a bit overrated, may be it is enjoying the the glory of yesteryear.

now this is amazing... a sikh family running a german bakery in Leh! very reasonably priced & worth a visit. try cinnamon roles, chocolate balls, cookies.. fresh & mouth watering.
