They have options to stay in wodden cottages and the normal concrete rooms. The new concrete building is equipped with TV set which is not there in wodden... More

Do not stay at this guest house!!! My partner and I just left, there Management was so unhelpful and rude from the beginning ( he said his name was Louise ) and he or someone had tried to brake into our room twice when I was in there by myself and who knows how ever many times when we were... More

I think your comments on their behavior and the services is a critical personal hate. I think the problem of young western travelers is, they don't know how to respect the local culture of the country where they are traveling in. Please open up your mind, you are not traveling in Europe or in your hometown, show some respect to... More

We arrived a 4am and checked in. They initially tried to charge us 700 rupees. They eventually settled on 400 rupees. At 9am, we went to sort out the documentation. One of our party had lost their passport but did not have a copy of their visa. They immediately threatened us with the police and told us to leave. After... More

The rooms are over-priced. The 'low budget ' ones (400 rupees) has no tv, no wifi and no towls, you can get better rooms (tv, wifi etc.) for cheaper price (300-350 rupees) just across the street. The staff is just terrible. Lazy, not caring and VERY VERY rude !!!! They wanted to charge us for an extra night for a... More

This place is pretty lame. I saw it in the lonely planet and because it was a top choice, figured I would stay here on my stop over to Dharamsala from Leh. The first two nights I took a pretty pricey room (for me)- 500 rupees for my own bathroom. The room was pretty comfortable and definitely had some great... More

I had a large sum of money stolen while staying here. When I brought this up with the owner (or manager) he was extremely rude and aggressive. Other travelers had similarly unpleasant exchanges with the manager. There are a huge number of good options in Manali do not let it's mention in the lonely planet sway you into staying here.
