We met some friends here for dinner one night I had the duck and when it arrived the presentation and quality of the food was exceptional, also one of the few places that sell alcohol with your meal and surprisingly resonably priced, lovely to sit at the beach tables in the warm evening.

Went early evening and it was very quiet. Ordered from the daily menu but was told something not possible due to kitchen equipment failure which was fine. The menu is small, but the dishes i tried were superb and very good value for money. I cannot wait to return.

Comfortable spacious restaurant with stunning views out to sea and Saudi Arabia in the distance. Food is delicious, great menu offering several veggie options. Lots of lovely salads, lentil soup is amazing, aubergine and cous cous was melt in the mouth tasty. My husband said he had the best fish ever. Lots of fresh juices. Staff are friendly and efficient.

lovely food and very friendly service. recomended by our hosts from Sea stars for the steak and this was as they said; excellent. Next to Furry cup bar which is also good for a beer. Again staff very friendly and we ate here a couple of times as grub very tasty

After spending a few days being hassled by the restaurants on the main bay and eating medioca food we were recommended Essence at Blue Beach and I have to say it was the best recommendation of our holiday.
