Great no frills food, nothing fancy. The pancakes were the star of the meal. Blueberry ones were worth the trip. The staff was friendly. Would come back again if in Atlantic City.

We had Easter Sunday breakfast at Gilchrist and were delighted with the place. They manage to put an interesting spin on the standard breakfast fare by offering pancake or French toast with different fruits and or nuts. The service was perfect. There's nothing fancy about Gilchrist but that's what makes it charming.

Came here for lunch after aquarium visit. We enjoyed the small but friendly atmosphere. Ordered grilled cheese sandwiches, Navy Bean soup, and peach pancakes. All were happy with their choices. Would come back again just to try the breakfast menu, which is inexpensive.

Best hotcakes. Best breakfast. Service fabulous. Views for outside seating on deck are awesome. Love coming here.

Went to Gilchrist for brunch when my daughter was in town from Colorado with the family. 12 of us and the food service and quick service was great. Love to eat there. Summer is the best out on the deck with nice scenery.
