The environment is simply unforgettable. The ambitious French menu...very French, but also very well executed. Not all offerings get an awe, but most do. Overall, a memorable experience.

The head chef turned out to be a distant relative from Italy! Our food was delicious and setting was beautiful even on a rainy day.
Nice dinner here . Had pepian, rice, frijoles volteados and it was great! Service was excellent, attentive and setting was beautiful. It was in a courtyard lush with vegetation and flowers and just beautiful and a delight. Loved the atmosphere and highly recommend this for guatemalen food
The first thing that gets your attention is the beautiful surroundings. It's located in a beautiful old hotel and is a wonderful setting for a meal. We dined outside, under the cover. The service was top notch. They take the plentiful ingredients from Guatemala and prepare them with a French spin. I found the food and service very good and...

We had lunch and dinner here on the same day because we loved it so much. It wasn't cheap though! Lunch was served out in the open under the trees and it was very special. We had just arrived in Central America from the UK and were pretty shattered but it was a perfect relaxing place with really delicious international...

From the moment you walk into the hotel you know your visit is going to be special. The converted monastery and the grounds are wonderful. We ate in the restaurant for lunch sheltered from the heat in the old cloisters. Flowers abound all around you. The hostess is dressed in monastic gowns and is delightful. The waiting staff are smart...

Great surprise for this sampling menu I had for Lunch, very reasonnable for the price we paid ($35), 6 course menu with great presentation in a beautiful setting...my kind of business trip. certainly expensive for Guatemala but for american standards pretty cheap.
It was our last meal in Guatemala and we were looking for something special. We didn't mind paying more, we simply wanted something special. Santo Domingo didn't disappoint us. The food was excellent and I mean in. I rarely get to eat such lovely food on holidays. It worked out 50$ each with glass of wine, starter, main course and...

Had a very nice meal with some of the worst service I've ever received. Beautiful restaurant and grounds and pretty good food, but a little overpriced.
Had the best food her out on the patio near the fountain. Covered trellises, beautiful birds nearby, excellent service. Food was hot, local favorites, served on fine chine with white linen tablecloths. An excellent meal in an excellent restaurant.
