This was touristy and our waiter clearly did not want to be at work on a Saturday night but the food was good. Not the greatest value.
If you want a Panamanian meal experience you should visit this restaurant on a week day evening. During the week ends it is packed and hard to get in, but on the night we went we were seated immediately. "Ceviche" the appetizer of Panama is a must if you like fish and limes, it was delicious. We ordered "Corvina fish"... More
Several locals recommended this restaurant for simple, but excellent seafood. The restaurant is located on the Amador Causeway with excellent views of Panama City and the Bay of Panama. I was quite surprised with the vast menu. I had the sautéed calamari in garlic sauce with patacones (fried plantains.). Very fresh and perfectly cooked. Others in my party had the... More
This little gem of a spot has the local flavor with the grass hut ambiance. The food was very good and well prepared. Do not expect a five star atmosphere. This is a beauty of a local spot that is has a pure Panamanian vibe. Fun spot and beautiful views.
This restaurant is a favorite among local residents and a few visitors. All the food is great, from steamed clams to whole fried corvina. They have chicken and beef also. The prices are amazing and the bar is very well equiped. Weekdays, their lunch special meal is really low cost, but good food.
The coconut rice was amazing! The rest of the food was OK, we ordered the large grilled shrimp (4), friend plantains and a chicken dish, overall a little pricey for what we ordered. The service was efficient and friendly. Family friendly. Many locals enjoying their Sunday afternoon, always a positive sign. Nice cold beer! Menu is English and Spanish.
We have just arrived in Panama from El Salvador, where they make the BEST whole fried fish in many restaurants on stilts in the river estuary where we stayed for several months. Every Sunday for lunch, we went to have fish. This was almost as good, not quite, but almost. Great views with a breeze on the outdoor patio overlooking... More
We ended up going here for our first dinner out, and overall, had a very nice experience. We ordered a nice bottle of Chilean red wine, and had ceviche and the Corvina, along with a nice flan for dessert. The food was pretty good - fairly basic, but good. The view of the downtown skyline is quite magnificent, and really... More

Located on the Causeway, this restaurant was a perfect lunch place, good food and lovely views of the city! Overlooking the marina and skyline of the city, the locations couldn't be better!
