pepper steak was good. In summer street tables are really great. Need to book in advance, but we were lucky and get the table after 10-15 minutes of waiting.
Just a few steps away from Zoloty Vorota (Golden Gates), that's one of the best Italian places in town. Not big, very cosy, excellent food and wine. It's better to make reservations since the place is rather small.
I was hosted here and overall I had a very good experience. It is very well located and overall the place gave me a good impression. Right opposite the gate and next to the metro station this is a restaurant that you cannot mix. Now I have read that this restaurant gets busy and did when we where there so... More
Always Italian, no compromises and thus very good food. Amazingly low prices and great terrace in spring- summer- autumn period. Service might be better but overall impression is very good.
Well I knew it would be good but not that good. It was Superb best seafood white Risotto, Handkerchief Pasta with Pesto and Mozzarella, superb red wine Taurasi Vigna quattro confini 2008.Best strawberry ice cream ever tasted. The Vanilla was good too and the Tiramisu was excellent. What can you say, it was superb. Well done, really enjoyed it.
I had a business lunch with my friend in this Restaurant. As weather was hot we took outoor seats. Service was relatively good, even I had to repeate twice wating for the bill. As my friend had already this place visited in the past, I follow his suggestions choosing meals. Beef Carpaccio and Fillet as a main course were exactly... More
My favourite place in Kyiv for dining. Usually go there for special occasions. The food is always superb, you can order with your eyes closed - will be amazed (in a good way). The place has it's history - it was there for a long, long time, and was rebuilt after the fire. Probably the best pasta in Kyiv, a... More
Brilliant food with lively atmosphere at reasonable price in great location. Seabass one of ther best we have tasted over the world
Lovely restaurant, did not expect this level of great Italian food in Kiev although portion sizes were a little small but seems normal now for most restaurants. Wine cellar is very well stocked and all levels of prices catered for. The service was excellent and I could have sat there all day long....
But I don't like the way as I was treated last time. If there is a price on the menu, if there is written xxx UAH for xxx ml of wine..and I ask for this xxx ml of this wine....it's not fair at all to charge more ml than requested! After I asked to the waitress the reason of this... More
