My dining experience at Lipsky Osobnyak in April 2012 was restaurant perfection. The service was impeccable and the food was amazing. I opted for Ukrainian meat dumplings with a cheese crust and rabbit stew for my main. This was coupled with a lovely Georgian red wine recommended by the waiter. Highly recommend! More
