You can't be #1 restaurant and serve carpaccio that's frozen and hidden under loads of greenery and massive shavings on not particularly great Parmesan. The salads we had were just excellent, but the seafood main dishes were just ok. Poor wine selection, the wine you can usually buy at discounter shops. The prices are very reasonable (even on the low side for Kiev) though! More

Living in Kyiv I can think of no better place than Walter's for Lunch or a evening meal. The quality of the food and service is fantastic. Walter's is very popular with the Ex Pat community and I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant either living or visiting Kyiv. More
