I'm sad to say that Katie's Corner just isn't what it used to be. You will still get properly cooked food and a great price, but the lack of professionalism really overshadows everything else. The last time we visited, there were no other customers eating. The waitress was working at the register and someone whom I assume was the manager... More

OK place, but nothing that special. To be fair, I have only eaten here once and had breakfast. Pancakes were fair, bacon was cooked to order.

Food was lousy, staff was rude, clientele was mostly intoxicated.

Nice little restaurant to visit and the food is good. The prices are reasonable also.

We ordered an appetizer and three entrees for our Sunday brunch. The fried jalapenos were served hot, but we wish they could be spicier. Pigs in the Blanket was ok. Egg Benedict was more like Hot Brown and the sauce was not hollandaise either. Its egg, bacon and biscuit were cooked well. Coffee was freshly brewed, but kind of weak.... More

This is a small diner that gives an impression of a bygone era. Service is good. Food is good.

More of a bar with cheap booze for broke people. Low end clientele.

I thought it was average. Nothing bad, nothing special. The chicken breast sandwich I had was big but not a lot of taste. Took a long time to get it and there was only 7 people in the place. Served with chips and water was $5.20 or so.

Sarah at Katie's Corner Cafe was delightful in serving my friends and me during our late-night visit to this well-known restaurant in downtown Ashland. We enjoyed their signature meal, a "Quickie," which consisted of two eggs, bacon or sausage, and toast, just what we were looking for after a long day of work. We even bought a t-shirt!

This was one of the few bum steer's we got from trip advisor. It's a little sandwich shop and the food was really nothing to write home about. My wife had the catfish sandwich which consisted of a frozen catfish filet on a bun. Frozen because it hadn't been cooked all the way through. Love to tell you to go... More
