Love their salad bar. In always order the grilled bbq chicken breast with their cheesy cauliflower mash. It's great.

Well it seems the servings are getting smaller. But the prices are bigger. There cheddar biscuits aren't even in the same ballpark as Redlobsters. Speaking of those lil biscuits each person only gets one until you ask for more.... Over all I'm not a big fan and probably pass coming back.

Had to bring customers for a bite to eat and we decided to go to Ruby's..Haven't been in a while and can't believe how much they keep stripping down the salad bar..If they were smart they would charge an extra dollar or two and make it like a Jason's Deli.. My food was good. But the service was terrible. The waitress said they were short staffed tonight. I do not blame her. I blame the manager. He walked around the restaurant--and did not say anything. He walked by my table several times, saw that my glass was empty, and didn't refill it (I saw him refilling drinks at another table).... More

The wait staff, the bar staff, the cook staff, and the Management were all wonderful and treated us as if they had known us all of our lives. We ended up going there several times and sat at the bar each time. Chelsea was amazing and has a personality only matched by her beauty! The Manager is a very nice... More

I love the expansive salad bar. A meal unto itself.

This place has improved tremendously in the past year. Great salad bar and service is outstanding.

food is always consistent in quality and flavor......only negative is the shrinking salad bar!
