The best anticuchos in Barranco by far. Inexpensive, clean facilities, fast service. Not a place to stay for a having long conversation, but to grab a quick bite. More

4 Men, we ordered the Tio Mario Parillada. Steak, Pork chop, Chicken breast and lots of organ meats. Comes with papa, giant corn and a bottle of Peruvian Malbec ($38 for all 4). We stayed in the Barranco neighborhood of Lima for six nights in October, 2008 and ate dinner at Tio Mario three times. The restaurant is modern, clean and well-lighted.
