Excellent place for sushi. Very clean. Nice bathrooms. They have a deal of 3 rolls/60 soles. Spring rolls also very good. Big drinks :) great choice for lunch or dinner.
Who'd have thought that it was possible to get good sushi in the Andean Mountains? The set menu is extemely good value, 4 courses for less than 8 dollars including 12 sushi rolls with your own choice of ingredients! Homemade lemonade was also very tasty. Staff were friendly and attentive. Will be back!
During the week I spent in Cusco, I found myself going to eat at Bambu almost every day. It was simply delicious! I couldn't believe I was in the so-called "Third World". Not only the the food was fresh and excellent - at each and every time I was there - the service was also amazing! The manager/owner is a... More
First of all the restaurant has great atmosphere, good music and fun seats. The food is amazing, I loved the "sake pura" and the ceviche roll, and the Kopipi (a dish made of cury and mint and coconat cream with chicken and rice... beautiful!) defenetly one of my favorite restuarants in Cusco. Dont miss it!

Trout is the only fish that is fresh in Peru. I tried the tuna roll...believe me the fish tasted old and stale. They have a cheap 6 course meal---which... More
I stopped by Bambu hoping for some good sushi. But the rolls were expensive, and there were no half-rolls or assortment or sashimi offered. As a single diner, that meant I could have exactly one flavor for lunch. I opted for the pad thai instead, but it wasn't what I'm used to. The noodles were wide, sprouts were more of... More

Having traveled extensively and tried Asian food all around the world, this place is simply perfect. Everything from appetizer to dessert was delicious and super fresh. And the service was impeccable with a very nice and friendly staff. We highly recommend the ceviche roll which represents perfectly what this restaurant is about: a perfect fusion of Asian and Peruvian cuisines.... More
