We´ve been travelling through south america for 7 months and have had our fare share of terrible pizza. We were regulars at Pizza Carlo while in Cusco... we went three times for dinner. Loved the Atmosphere, and on cool nights the wood oven was perfect. Really liked the selection of veggie pizzas and they customized whatever we wanted. must try! More
