I couldn't eat anything, pasta terrible, they don't know what ¨al dente¨means, and the gnocchis from my friend where hard like stones. I believe that people who knows about italian food will never walk there a second time! They should close!

I wish we had read the reviews on Tripadvisor before we went to this restaurant. We had walked past it several times and it always looked really popular so we thought we would give it a try. Once we were seated we ordered our food and then we tried to order wine, and each item we asked for was not...

Really dissapointing. Tastes like microwave pasta you could buy in the supermarket anywhere!

La Piccola Italia is like a (very) sub-par Olive Garden. The portions are big, the taste isn't revolting, but you leave feeling like you need to drink a gallon of water and run a mile or two. This is Chile - free refills, breadsticks, and salads don't exist, and the service is atrocious - so save your money and go...

What can I say, we wanted something which wasn't fish. This place was convenient, close to the hotel and...it was awful.

Worst meal in Chile! Nothing I wanted to order was available and the waiters kept arguing not to attend the clients. The table towels were all spread near our table. The only thing I could order was a congrio, that had been frozen and tasteless! Couldn't be worst!!!

The only positive was that the service was fine. They did not have many of the menu items and what we did order was awful. It was literally the only dinner that I've eaten in the past 20 years that I didn't finish because I didn't like it. If I could give the restaurant a zero I would. It made...

I went twice to La Piccola Italia in Santiago de Chile in Centro. The first time it was expensive but ok. We ordered wine and how curious they only had expensive wine that night. Food was eatable but not like in the pictures...The waiter was nice because of the tip he got, 10% of our receipt. Of course the wine...

This restaurant's food is prepared at a central kitchen and reheated at the restaurant. (They have several locations.) The offerings are basic at a reasonable price and the service is average.

The service was fantastic and the gnocchi with fresh tomato sauce was amazing. I can not wait to go back.
