Need I say more, love Chile but 3 weeks of nescafe instant leaves you desperate. I have just had the perfect cortado ... and will be back.
Had coffee and croissants here one morning. Were greeted immediately by a young man, who promptly took our order. Service was quick and efficient. There appeared to be a much larger food selection here than we expected. Place was pretty full, so we didn't venture too far in, but the back looked like it was pretty interesting. We tried the sandwics (mechada y chacarero) and were excellent! The service was very good and the place is nice enough. It also looks like it has good tapas and of course good cakes and kuchen. Really like it and recommend it for mid afternoon snacks :)
We drunk a very flavored tea, under servicer indication. Toast was normal. Bread with ham was very good but so small. Servicer told us before order that orange juice was out of season and so, bitter. Very pleasure atmosphere.
We came here with no info about this place, but it was a huge surprise. We tried a pavini (turkey, avocado, lettuce sandwich) and the hot mint cocoa and was absolutely delicious. The brownie pieces are huge and everything perfectly made. A must in Puerto Varas.
I like it a lot, when i go to Puerto Varas I eat often there, they have a good coffee, natural juices (I always asfk for the mixture naranja-frambuesa..orange and raspberry), things to eat (speciall sweets, sandwiches are ok), prices and everything.
Good service, good coffe plain and simple! Friendly staff. Its almost always full in the morning. It also have tables outside, nice in the summer.
Quite friendly stuff. They are gving good recommandation concerning there food. They have as well certain homemade products which you can buy there. Absolutly great.
We found this place whilst staying at the Weierhaus hotel across the street. Staff were very friendly and attentive and we thought the food was good. Also a good happy hour - which made the wine very cheap!!
Got a hankering for coffee (Americano) or whatever's your black poison - this is your stop in Puerto Varas. Excellently served Amsssericano. At a lot of places (so far - thus far) they're served too scaldingly hot that the drink tastes burnt. Only sat for Americano. Can't add comments about other parts of their offerings. But the day before -... More
