Gorgeous romantic cosy decor. Sensational small dishes. Fab french Sancerre. Recommend highly to anyone to try.

This place had fantastic food and were great catering to our kids needs and food tastes. If staying at the Capella you can also order some of the dishes off the room service menu.
Execellent food but service needs to be improved. We booked the private dining room in April 2012 with some guests from Japan and they were extremely pleased with the location & food. Staff seems rather young & inexperienced at times. We had a little difficulty getting their attention. Must call to reserve the room in advance as there is only...

The dim sum here is probably some of the best I've tasted in Singapore. The dumplings are always served piping hot and cooked to perfection. The service is top-notch with the staff being able to speak English and mandarin fluently. Being a fine dining restaurant, the ambiance is perfect for a relaxing meal.

The setting for this restaurant is indeed very classy - the room is beautiful. Service is decent too. Food is nice but slightly pricey for being Chinese - even taking the good quality into consideration. I would recommend a visit.
We ate at this restaurant on two occasions, enjoying a different degustation menu on each occasion. The food, surrounds and service was excellent and we can recommend this restaurant.
Was there for dim sum lunch last Friday and totally loved it! Everything was yummy and the service was top-notch. Will definitely go there again!

The deco and setup is quite modern for a Chinese restaurant. Not a typical noisy, busy Chinese restaurant. It has a very comfortable environment for you to enjoy its delicate dishes.

The ambiance is modern and atypical for a Chinese restaurant. The food is good (individual portions, like at the now-defunct Club Chinois restaurant at Orchard Parade hotel). However, it is not good enough to be a regular destination for people not staying at the resort. There are much better alternatives in town.
The Cassia is Capella Singapore’s fine dining Chinese restaurant. The restaurant’s layout and design is a fusion of the modern and traditional, giving it a romantic feel to it with its dim lights and its use of black; an interesting look with pretty cutlery. Unlike other Chinese restaurants, the Cassia is quiet for a Chinese restaurant with a few waiters/waitresses...
